King Ray’s support
A/N: Thank you Amari you wonderful wonderful lady! You helped me to expand further on my King Ray fic! ^^ I do enjoy having Joel as his main fincial officer and now (as I am writing something else) his lover. This is the precursor to that lover decision.
Summary: He wanted to make sure all his citizens were happy but when reality would hit Ray, he knew it would never happen. Joel could see that in every meeting they would have and every document that Ray would have to sign.~
